Direct answer

A white label casino solution is a ready-made online casino that runs on the provider's gaming licence, platform and infrastructure, branded as your own. You bring the brand, the marketing and the players; the provider brings the licence, the games, the payments, the back office and the compliance. With Casino Platform, a white label casino includes a Curacao licence, 10,000+ games from 100+ providers, 300+ payment methods through 75+ payment providers, CRM and bonus engine, KYC and risk tools, affiliate tracking and 24/7 support, and launches in 3 to 6 weeks (fastest: 21 days). The Starter plan is revenue share with no setup fee.

What you still own and decide

Even on a white label, three things stay with the operator: the brand and domain, the marketing budget and affiliate deals, and the payment provider contracts. Providers that insist on routing your player funds through their own PSP contracts are taking a margin you do not see. Ask who signs the PSP agreement.

Cost models explained

  1. 1.Revenue share only. You pay a percentage of net gaming revenue. No setup fee. Lowest risk before launch. This is Casino Platform's Starter plan.
  2. 2.Fixed fee plus revenue share. A monthly platform fee with a revenue share that decreases as volume grows. Includes sportsbook, CRM, multi-brand and multi-currency. This is the Growth plan.
  3. 3.Turnkey licence. A one-time setup and a flat platform fee, on your own licence, with custom APIs and raw data access. This is the Enterprise plan and it is no longer a white label in the strict sense, because the licence is yours.

How long a white label launch takes

  1. 1.Week 1: contract, brand assets, domain, market and licence route confirmed.
  2. 2.Weeks 2 to 3: front end configured, game catalogue selected, cashier and payment methods connected, CRM journeys set up.
  3. 3.Weeks 3 to 5: KYC flows, responsible gaming settings, test deposits and withdrawals, content in the target languages.
  4. 4.Weeks 5 to 6: compliance sign-off, soft launch, first players.

Typical range is 3 to 6 weeks. The fastest Casino Platform launch to date was 21 days, for a crypto casino that went live with 20+ tokens and 8,000 games.

When a white label is the wrong choice

A white label is the fastest way to validate a market and a brand. It is the wrong choice when you already hold your own licence, when your regulator requires the licence holder to operate the platform (as in regulated Brazil under Law 14.790/2023), or when you need custom APIs and raw data from day one. In those cases the turnkey route is the right fit, and we say so.

FAQ

What is the difference between a white label casino and a turnkey casino?

A white label runs on the provider's licence and infrastructure; a turnkey casino runs on your own licence with the provider's software. White label is faster (3 to 6 weeks), turnkey gives full ownership (3 to 4 months including licensing).

How much does a white label casino cost?

It depends on the model. Casino Platform's Starter plan is revenue share with no setup fee; Growth is a fixed fee plus a decreasing revenue share; Enterprise is a one-time setup plus a flat platform fee on your own licence. Quotes are given within 48 hours of a demo.

Do I need my own gaming licence for a white label casino?

No. The white label runs on the provider's licence. Casino Platform offers Curacao white label and an Anjouan route; MGA is available for operators who need it.

Can I move from white label to my own licence later?

Yes. Operators commonly validate on a white label and migrate to their own licence as volume grows. Casino Platform's largest migration moved three brands and 100K+ players with no downtime window longer than 15 minutes.

Who owns the players in a white label casino?

Commercially the players are your customers and your brand; legally, on a white label, they are registered under the licence holder. Clarify in the contract how player data is handled if you later move to your own licence.

Are crypto payments included?

Yes. Casino Platform supports BTC, ETH, USDT and 20+ cryptocurrencies alongside 300+ fiat payment methods.
