These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Casino Platform website, our demo environments and any documentation, back-office systems or software made available to you. By accessing this website or requesting a demo you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you are acting on behalf of a business.

1. Business-to-Business Service

Casino Platform supplies white-label, turnkey and modular iGaming software exclusively to licensed corporate operators and their authorised personnel. We do not operate gambling services, do not accept wagers and do not offer any service to consumers or to any person under the age of 18.

You are responsible for holding and maintaining every licence, authorisation and registration required in each market you target.
You must not use our software in any jurisdiction where the relevant activity is prohibited or where you are not licensed.
Any commercial engagement is additionally governed by a signed master services agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.

2. Licence and Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, interfaces, trademarks, documentation and content on this website are owned by Casino Platform or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Where a contract is in place, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the term and purposes agreed.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from our software except as permitted by law or by written agreement.
You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notice, branding or watermark from delivered materials.
Feedback you provide about our products may be used by us to improve our services without restriction or compensation.

3. Acceptable Use

When using this website, our demo environments or our systems, you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorised access to any account, server, network or data, or bypass authentication, rate limiting or security controls.
Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, scrape at scale or otherwise interfere with availability or integrity.
Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our contact, demo or newsletter forms.
Use our materials for unlicensed gambling operations, money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose.

4. Third-Party Content and Availability

Our platform integrates game content, payment services, KYC providers and other third-party systems that are subject to their own terms and availability. Website content, product descriptions, screenshots and performance figures are provided for general information, may change without notice and do not constitute a commitment, warranty or offer.

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of this website or any demo environment. Service levels for contracted platform instances are defined in the applicable agreement.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casino Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data arising from use of this website or any demo material. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Casino Platform against claims, losses and costs arising from your unlicensed or unlawful use of our software, from your breach of these Terms, or from content and data you supply to us.

6. Changes, Governing Law and Contact

We may amend these Terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Casino Platform's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
