Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Casino Platform (“Casino Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides business-to-business iGaming software, white-label and turnkey casino solutions to licensed operators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit our website, request a demo, correspond with our team or use our platform and back-office systems.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR where relevant. Our services are intended exclusively for licensed corporate operators and their authorised personnel, and are not directed at consumers or at any person under the age of 18.

1. Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to evaluate, provide and support our commercial services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Business contact data — full name, company name, job title, business email address, telephone number and country, submitted through our demo request, contact or newsletter forms.
  • Commercial and correspondence data — details of your project, target markets, licensing status, requirements, quotations, contracts and records of communications with our sales, onboarding and support teams.
  • Platform account data — credentials, role assignments, permissions and audit logs relating to authorised users of our back-office and administrative systems.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, session duration and diagnostic or error logs, collected automatically when you use our website or platform.
  • Compliance data — information required to satisfy our know-your-business (KYB), anti-money-laundering, sanctions-screening and regulatory obligations in respect of corporate counterparties and their beneficial owners.

Where we act as a data processor on behalf of an operator client, any end-user or player data held within a platform instance is processed strictly on that client's documented instructions and under a separate data processing agreement. The operator remains the controller of that data.

2. How We Use Data

We use personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so — namely performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent where required. Specifically, we use data to:

  • Respond to demo requests, enquiries, quotations and tender processes.
  • Provision, configure, operate, maintain and support the platform, integrations and back-office systems supplied to you.
  • Administer contracts, invoicing, licensing entitlements and commercial reporting.
  • Provide technical support, incident response, service monitoring and security auditing.
  • Improve the reliability, performance, usability and security of our products, including aggregated and de-identified analysis.
  • Send service notices and — where you have opted in — newsletters, product updates and event invitations, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Meet regulatory, licensing, tax, audit, anti-money-laundering and other legal obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use business contact data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable statutory, contractual and regulatory retention obligations. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage, pixels and tags) to operate correctly and to understand how the site is used. We use the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for core functionality such as session handling, load balancing, form submission and security. These cannot be disabled through our site.
  • Functional cookies — remember your preferences, such as language or previously entered form details, to improve your experience.
  • Analytics cookies — help us measure traffic, page performance and aggregated usage patterns so that we can improve our content and services.
  • Marketing cookies — where enabled, allow us to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and to present relevant business content on third-party platforms.

Non-essential cookies are set only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, on the basis of your consent. You may accept, refuse or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair parts of the site. Cookies may be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (retained until they expire or you remove them).

4. Third-Party Services

We engage carefully selected service providers and technology partners to deliver our platform. These may include hosting and cloud-infrastructure providers, content delivery networks, game content aggregators and studios, payment service providers, KYC and AML verification vendors, communications and email delivery services, CRM tools, analytics providers and professional advisers.

Such providers process data only on our documented instructions, under written agreements that impose confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations at least equivalent to those set out in this Policy. We may also disclose data to competent regulators, licensing authorities, auditors, law-enforcement bodies or courts where legally required, and to a purchaser or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or transfer of assets.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary technical and organisational measures.

Our website and platform may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services that operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their notices.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, logging and regular review, although no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
